Jay Krishnaswamy is an accomplished executive with over 10 years of health care experience.  Prior to joining Doctors Hospital, he was chief operating officer of Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center. Additionally, he has served as the chief quality officer and associate administrator of Doctors Hospital of Modesto. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio and a Master degree in Health Services Research from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.  

Charles Williams
Chief Operating Officer

Charles Williams has held a variety of hospital leadership positions in the Metroplex over the last 12 years. Most recently, he was vice president of operations at JPS Health Network in Ft. Worth. Charles holds an MBA from UT Arlington and a Masters in Occupational Therapy from Texas Women’s University. He is also a fellow of the American College of HealthCare Executives and a member of the National Association of Health Service Executives. In 2009, Charles was named one of the “40 Under Forty” top business executives by the Fort Worth Business Journal. In 2012, he was recognized with the same honor by the Dallas Business Journal.
 

Drew Shea
Chief Financal Officer

Drew Shea has held numerous financial positions of increasing responsibility at Tenet hospitals across the country. He most recently served as chief financial officer and assistant chief financial officer at Coastal Carolina Hospital in Hardeeville, South Carolina. Prior positions include controller at Centennial Medical Center in Frisco, Texas, and senior accountant at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina. He received his Master of Business Administration degree in accounting and Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Nichols College.

 

Denise Krajewski, RN, MSN, FACHE
Chief Nursing Officer

Denise Krajewski has held numerous leadership roles, and most recently served in a dual role as chief nursing officer for Metropolitan Methodist Hospital and division Chief Nurse Executive for the Methodist/HCA 10 hospital system in San Antonio, TX. She received her B.S. degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix and her M.S. in Nursing/Business Administration from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She is a tenured college faculty member and has published several articles and research projects in national healthcare journals.

Eric Boon
Director of Business Development/Associate Administrator

Eric Boon is responsible for developing and implementing business initiatives and marketing strategies, building and maintaining relationships with physicians, employers, and other customers, and promoting a positive public image of the hospital both internally and externally. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Southern Methodist University.

 

Michelle Castro
Compliance and Privacy Officer

Michelle Castro worked locally as an attorney with an international law firm and later served as in-house counsel at a national insurance company before joining Doctors Hospital.  She earned her juris doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School and her bachelor of science degree from Trinity University in San Antonio.

 

Stephanie Talley
Interim Chief Human Resources Officer

In addition to her role as interim CHRO at Doctors Hospital, Stephanie Talley serves as chief human resources office for Centennial Medical Center in Frisco. In both roles she provides comprehensive management and delivery of human resource strategies, programs and services that support each hospital’s growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University. She currently resides in Plano, Texas with her husband and daughter.
