Chief Executive Officer G. Scott Manis
An accomplished executive with more than two decades of health care experience, Manis was named CEO of Doctors in 2009. Previously, he was chief operating officer of St. Mary’s Medical Center, West Palm Beach, FL, and an executive with Valley Baptist Health System, Harlingen, Texas. He earned his master’s degree in health care administration from Trinity University, San Antonio, and his bachelor’s degree from University of Texas at San Antonio.

Chief Operating Officer Chakilla White.
Before joining Doctors in 2007, White was an associate in Tenet's Leadership Development Program and director of the Texas Gulf Cost Commitment to Quality Team. She earned her master of business administration degree from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in economics from Wellesley College. Prior to business school, she was a consultant at Booz Allen and Hamilton. Among her many community activities is service on the board of the White Rock Lake Conservancy.

Chief Nursing Officer Rusty McNew, RN, BSN, MA
McNew oversees all areas of nursing at Doctors. Previously, he was a corporate manager with Tenet, administrator with Parkland Health & Hospital System, Dallas, and on the Clinical Faculty for The Joint Commission in Oakbrook, Illinois. McNew has published extensively in the areas of regulatory accreditation and emergency department management. He earned his master's degree in liberal art from Southern Methodist University and his bachelor of science degree in nursing from University of Texas at Arlington.
